All true. All so very concerning.

I really support almost all of the Biden administration actions since the inception of his term

I feel that this although less benign is still a major slash to his Presidency. As I am not in favor of Biden running for a second term, I would like this to be a disqualifying act. I think that he needs to clear the deck and allow an open convention in 24. There are a plethora of younger qualified Democrats and he has stabilized the Party and it is time for him to announce that his age and some of his actions should preclude him from running again

The Republican Party has embarrassed itself at ever given opportunity and we need a Congress that is mature without being a stumbling block to our democracy

On the whole your analysis is well balanced with the exception of the fact that Biden's office where some of the documents were stored was easily accessible. His office was part of a Penn University program heavily supported by Chinese money. We have not been told who might have had access to this office for the last two years while Biden has been President.
