With Israel and Iran directly engaged in hostilities against one another, it is questionable whether further progress will take place any time soon regarding the Israeli hostages held by Hamas.
Thank you for your clear and accurate reporting of the situation in the Middle East. As much as I want to believe that Islam is a religion of peace, its history tells a different story. My hope is that out of this mess, new leaders will emerge in the Middle East that will negotiate a real peace.
